Ultimate Norfolk Island – Meals, Tours, Car & Flights – November 2023

Feedback from Norfolk Island,

We had a fabulous time, everything in the package was well organised and went smoothly, tours were great, food was excellent and our voucher $$ covered the bill in most cases. Accommodation at Seaview was in a beautiful spot, comfy beds, a free guest laundry, it was a bit dated but reasonably clean. Overall it is a package we would highly recommend.

WA Wildflower Country Fly-Drive Tour – September 2023

Perth to Cairns Cruise with Flights – June 2023

“We thought the cruise was nice – scenery was great – Perth is lovely (first time we have been there!).  The ship was clean and very modern – our only quibble with the boat was to food – it is a bit plain and tasteless – but that might just be Nel and Me!  The weather was certainly better than Melbourne – typical weather for this time of the year.

I loved the train from Cairns to Brisbane – it was a real adventure – the scenery during the day was superb – going the rainforest, with birds and wallabies every where!  Nellie is not a great fan of trains though – the train was very clean and well organised – the food was good and the pods were fine -the train is also very quiet and not rattly at all (unlike the Ghan!)” – Barry W.

Norfolk Island Solo Getaway with Flights – June 2023

“I had the BEST time, 2 weeks of relaxing, weaving, swimming (yes was usually in Emily Bay by myself) but was invigorating, did a beach clean up with a local ladies group, painted, practiced my geetar.

The Ridge and my studio unit was just perfect; I could on occasion walk into town past cows, horses, chooks etc.

Unit left unlocked 24/7 as well as keys left in car whether I was in it or not.

I celebrated my birthday on 8/6 which was Bounty Day on the Island, anniversary of Pitcairn Islanders arriving on N.I. then out with a friend in the afternoon for a glass of bubbly. I would definitely recommend “The Ridge” only 7 units there and just heaven on earth. Phill and Teneille and of course Polly the dog were the best.” – Zita O.

Lord Howe Island Fly-Stay – May 2023

Dear Laura,

I wanted to thank you for your arrangements for the trip to Lord Howe for Moira and myself. Everything went very smoothly and it was a wonderful experience, despite high winds and not being able to get out on the ocean. It is such a beautiful location and so well-organised by the locals regarding transport to meals and so on. Travelling out of Coolangatta was perfect and I loved the King Air plane. You were the only agent who was aware of this service.

Our flights were great – no problems. Car hire…couldn’t have done better deal myself. And all the accommodation was fantastic.

New Zealand Scenic South Fly, Drive, Cruise & Rail – March 2023

“We returned home after thoroughly enjoying our time in NZ. We are glad we had the extra day in Queenstown and added on the round trip to Picton, where we also had a very good wine tour. We found the travel around the West Coast to be quite onerous as the roads are very twisty and the distances were quite long by the time you added a few stops.

Certainly the night on Milford Sound was the highlight but the whole trip was great. Thank you for the arrangements. The only negative was the Holiday Inn in Frankton/Queenstown charging $15 to park effectively on the street! The Quest was heaps better just around the corner!

“Marcia and I had a wonderful time, Lord Howe Island was great! The 80 minute flight to LHI was very good, minimal check-in time. Gaye from Somerset Apartments greeted us at the airport, which was nice, she gave us a bit of an island tour before going to Somerset a good orientation. “One week into our New Zealand holiday. The scenery has been magnificent albeit drizzly weather. The last 2 nights saw snowfall on The Remarkables and surrounding mountains – what a bonus!!! We have been surrounded by snow-capped mountains all the way into Te Anau today – absolutely beautiful.

I am writing to thank you so much for your choice of accommodation to date.

The room in Te Anau is 5-star with fabulous views to the lake and mountains. A definite surprise is being able to watch TV while in the bath. Queenstown room (#421) had views over the lake and mountains and nicely fitted out. Franz Josef was a little below par, however was comfortable and clean. Christchurch was good location and no problem with late check-in.” – Cheryl
