How to Book
To make a booking please call Australia & New Zealand Travel Company on 1300 168 910 or email reservations@anztravelco.com.
You can also select a trip and request it via this website – please make sure you enter the quantity for the number of people travelling. In the ‘Additional Information’ field on the Checkout page, add your preferred departure date plus any other information that will help us process your booking, such as departure city and travel preferences.
No payment is required to submit an online booking request, but your booking is pending and no place is being held. Your booking status will be advised when you hear from our travel consultants. Bookings are normally actioned within 24 hours – Monday to Friday.

We loved Paradise Hotel and it was perfect for our stay. Rooms were very clean and while not modern, had obviously been refreshed recently. Staff were great and went out of their way to help with any queries we had. We had breakfast at the resort once and it was a good spread of hot and cold dishes. They have a daily happy hour at the bar. Best thing for us was the location, with a paved path for the easy flat walk into Burnt Pine village (about 30 mins). It’s opposite Governor’s Lodge with their restaurant options and we highly recommend Hilli Restaurant next door. You can buy WiFi time at the resort if needed.
The island is a wonderful getaway, with stunning views from every angle and we loved the laid-back pace.

We are back from Norfolk Island. Everything went well. Panorama Apartments are comfortable, but not flash. It suited us – the views were spectacular.

The trip you organised was just great. Norfolk Island was very beautiful but you certainly need a car.
We missed the supply ship which remained offshore due to the rough weather.
Couldn’t complain about the Governors Lodge. Cabins very spacious and comfortable. Didn’t include a toaster. Reception said it was because of the risk of the fire brigade being called out which the tenant would have to pay for.
Surprised some of the events have limited availability ie Colleen McCullough’s tour of her house was only open on certain days.
But otherwise all was good. It is certainly a relaxing place for a holiday.
