Portarlington Victoria Beach Break – 7 days

Portarlington is a charming seaside town on the north-eastern corner of Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula. It’s an ideal beach break location, with sheltered swimming beaches and lovely foreshore recreation area – the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ, tuck into the obligatory fish and chips or sit back and enjoy being away from the bustle of the city.

There’s plenty more to explore around the historic town. The central landmark is the Grand Hotel, built in 1886, and the impressive old steam-powered Portarlington Mill was built out of sandstone in 1857. A top recommendation for exploring the area is taking the scenic coastal drive. It’s about 10 kilometres and follows the foreshore from Portarlington to the beach towns of Indented Head and St Leonards.

To get you into holiday mode early, we’ve included ferry transfers from Melbourne to Portarlington for a fun way to arrive!

In the ‘Additional Information’ field on the Checkout page, add your preferred departure date plus any other information that will help us process your booking, such as departure city and travel preferences.

No payment is required to submit an online booking request, but your booking is pending and no place is being held. Your booking status will be advised when you hear from our travel consultants. Bookings are normally actioned within 24 hours – Monday to Friday.
