ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrive Adelaide.
Arrive Adelaide and you will be transferred from the airport to your hotel for the next 5 nights. The remainder of the day is free to enjoy Adelaide at leisure.

Day 2: Adelaide City Sights Tour
Experience the cosmopolitan life of Adelaide on this half day tour, taking in the capital city's main attractions and points of interest. The coastal city of Adelaide is noted for its many festivals, its food, wine and culture and its long beach fronts. Discover superb architecture, cultural boulevards, surrounding park lands and wide streets and then you'll appreciate why it has been ranked as one of the most liveable cities in the world. Join this half day tour to see the main sights and listen as we take you through the local history.

Day 3: Barossa Valley Day Tour
Hop on the prettiest bus and enjoy expert commentary from our tour guides as you head to the Barossa for a full-day of wine tasting and a sprinkling of sightseeing. We focus on Quality, with exquisite cellar door experiences at three World Class Wineries.
Discover the Whispering walls secrets, before awakening your taste buds with our first tasting at the stunning Chateau Yaldara & explore the Chateau's hidden tunnels. Amble the highstreet of Tanunda, before reaching the beautiful, Saltrams, enjoy fabulous tastings & relax for lunch with a Barossa Feast of Chef prepared produce from award winning Salters Kitche . We head now to Menglers Hill lookout for a view and a half! Now onto our 3rd and most exclusive tasting of the day (opening only for Taste the Barossa guests) and the stunning Rosenvale Winery!! WOW!! World Class is an understatement! Finally, a picturesque drive through Seppeltsfield and time to grab a photo of the iconic Date Palms and learn about their fascinating origin.

Day 4: Adelaide Walking Tour & Free Day
Experience Adelaide's key attractions including the Adelaide Festival Centre, Elder Park, Government House, the Botanic Gardens, Adelaide's East End, Rundle Mall, and Central Markets. Discover the history of Australia's Festival State, drink the coffee the locals drink, and immerse yourself in Adelaide's culture thanks to our born-and-bred guides.

Day 5: Kangaroo Island Day Tour
Visit Kangaroo Island in a day on this fun tour from Adelaide, where you will meet the local producers, see the amazing scenery, taste the yummy samples and see wildlife along the way.

Departing from Adelaide in the morning, your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Fleurieu Peninsula to board the Kangaroo Island ferry. After a 45-minute crossing, you’ll visit the Birds of Prey Display at Raptor Domain, before a 2-course lunch and guided tour of the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery. No trip could ever be complete without tasting the famous honey ice cream at Clifford’s Honey Farm and a wine tasting at False Cape Wines.
After a long day of exploration on Kangaroo Island, you can grab a bite to eat at the Penneshaw Hotel before the return transfer back to Adelaide.

Day 6: Depart Adelaide.
Your trip concludes today when you check out of the hotel this morning. You will be transferred to the airport in time for your departing flight. We hope you enjoyed getting to know Adelaide and South Australia!
