Feedback from Norfolk Island,
We had a fabulous time, everything in the package was well organised and went smoothly, tours were great, food was excellent and our voucher $$ covered the bill in most cases.
Accommodation at Seaview was in a beautiful spot, comfy beds, a free guest laundry, it was a bit dated but reasonably clean. Overall it is a package we would highly recommend.

Just a note to say we really enjoyed Norfolk Island and the package you arranged. It is indeed a beautiful place and the package was very good value particularly when you see local prices on food etc
I often do much of the detail planning in trips but getting the package made it very easy
The only problems were those I contacted you about and these were resolved
I mention these so you may be able to improve your package further in conjunction with your agent there
1. times of events on planner were not always consistent with vouchers
2. Seaview motel is not luxurious but adequate. The balcony view from our room beat any others we saw.
3. The commandant’s dinner is not an event I would recommend . The food is poor and few weak puns do not carry much enjoyment.
4.At Hillis, Bailleys, The boatshed, Fish Fry and the Bounty we enjoyed meals that should not be missed. The morning walk and Botanic garden walk are things that should not be missed also.

On our recent trip to Norfolk Island there was no problems at all, the booking process was easy and the information supplied to us was great.
The flights, accommodation and car hire plus the extra tours organised all went well, nothing to worry about for us.
As for Norfolk, it’s a beautiful island with lots of history, the fishing, surfing and walks where all great. The fishing is next level, if you’re prepared to get out and about like us you will have a great time.
